FREEDOM FESTIVAL VENDORS

Freedom Festival is hosted by the Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce. We welcome all vendors who share in our desire to create a fun and safe event for our community and want to help us XXX. Vendors will enjoy exposure and interaction with thousands of residents and visitors from Sumner County and throughout Middle Tennessee. Vendor booths offer direct engagement with families and event attendees, and a fun way to promote your products or services.

RULES & REGULATIONS

EMAIL: All information will be sent to you via email. Please use the appropriate email address when completing the registration.
The approved vendor will occupy their booth at all times. NO subletting or sharing of space is permitted.
TENTS: ALL vendors with tents are required to ensure their tent is sturdy against the wind by using tent weights. Tents will be set up on pavement so staking is not possible.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe space before, during, and after the festival.
We DO NOT offer access to water or electricity. Generators may be used
WEATHER: This festival is held outdoors and is held rain or shine. No credits or refunds will be issued if the event is affected by forces of nature.
CREDITS/REFUNDS: WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS AND THIS EVENT IS NON-TRANSFERRABLE TO FUTURE DATES.
